2. Returns Eligibility

  Faulty / Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

  Change of Mind: Because all items are custom‑made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of design — unless required by law. Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.

  Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging if eligible.

4. Refund Timeline
